Liability Release Form-
Who needs to sign: Every rider, lessee, or visitor participating in activities or handling horses on the property. If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign.
When: Must be completed and submitted before your first lesson or visit.
Why: For your safety and ours. Equine activities involve inherent risks, and this document ensures everyone is on the same page while complying with North Carolina equine liability laws.

Horse Show Rates & Services
Who it applies to: Clients participating in off-property competitions and shows with KS Equestrian LLC.
When to review: Before entering a show or requesting coaching and training services for an upcoming event.
Why it matters: To ensure transparent communication regarding coaching, training, care, and shared expenses so everyone is on the same page come show day.
Rider Vision & Goal-Setting Form
What it is: An open-ended brainstorming tool designed to capture your dreams, ambitions, and riding interests across every part of the hunter/jumper sport.
Why we use it: We believe in purposeful education. Before we ever map out a lesson plan, this form gives us a clear window into what excites you, what challenges you are facing, and what you ultimately want to achieve in the saddle.
Why it matters: It serves as the foundation for a collaborative, in-person goal-planning conversation with your coach. By getting on the same page early, we can align expectations, break big dreams down into realistic stepping stones, and build a custom path tailored specifically to your growth.
